Ordered an arrangement online to be deivered on Valentine's Day. Never showed up, no call or email from the company. I called their "customer service" line twice only to sit on eternal hold (over 30 minutes) each time before hanging up in frustration. I had used a one time use credit card limited to the price of the flowers, so happily they were only able to charge me for the price of the arrangement. My gut feeling was "ripoff site" before I ordered, but sadly I overlooked my instincts and ordered anyway. Live and learn. read full review »
