Santanders Consumers USA is one of the crooked business I has every encountered. This company took over my loan from Citi-Financial. I first bought my car back in 2006. I have doing automatic payments throught my bank 10th day of the month. Five day before the due date on the 15th. In August 2011 I requested an payoff request after my August payment went threw.
