Do not purchase from Four Ces Int'l. They are total frauds. Sold me a ring as Tanzanite which turned out to be cubic zirconia. I have made numerous calls (spoke with Julia who is supposedly the manager or owner). When I confronted her about the ring not being real, she did not even make a comment. She told me that they would refund my money but it hasn't happened yet. Mastercard company will not decide my dispute unless I return the ring.
