Cricket Wireless should be renamed Cricket Useless, This compant must not have protocol or work proceedures, First i added a line then wanted it disconnected so we called *611 to have it disconnected and they said it was paid untill the 19th and they would discontinue service on the 19th and would only be charged for the original phone i had to began with, So to ensure i called on the 13th and they said they had no record of a disconnect recorded, So they assured me this would be taken of, I even sent a note with the bill, Well guess what the... read full review »
