I purchased a cell phone from Image Warehouse for $209.00. I had a problem with it not working correctley. I received an email from the owner to return it for a full refund. I returned the phone and sent it priority mail with a confirmation delivery number showing the date and time it was delivered. I am now being told they have no record of receiving it even though the post office has the time and date it ws delivered to Image Warehouse. Now I can get no communication from them. They will not refund my money and also have the phone. I am filing theft chages against them. read full review »
