I too ordered the teeth whitener on 11/12/08 and tried to reach ionline a month later when I did not receive this item. The only way to reach these people was thru an e-mail complaint form which I sent in and they replied that "customer service was their main priority". I received this item approximately 4 days later via UPS alongwith a letter stating that I am now a member of the all inclusive VIP club.
