The best attention at all times. Helpful phone replies. Staff was fantastic in ensuring that we had a better vehicle for our group of 5 and for that we thank them. This place is pretty nice. It's definitely one of the nicer hotels in the Bavaria. The other 'hotels' in the area are a bit shady. What I liked most was the massage. They really gave us amazing customer service. read full review »
