the worst call center ever !!! they double charge everything everybody you call says different things its really impossible to change a flight with reasonable prices !!!! im Italian I shy to say to my girlfriend to fly with my Italian company !!!!!!!!!!! when she arrived to Palermo from Miami they also lost her bag !!!! they get give to me money for the bad service !!!! in Italian ..... il peggiore call center e lo paghi anche salato... read full review »
