I personally have worked for the Surace/Smith agencies in Ohio and you could not ask for a better company. Jim Surace is one of the most supportive and positive people I have ever worked with. This of course is not a career where they are just going to hand you a paycheck. It is hard work but I feel it was all worth it. So just remember when reading these reviews know that there are a ton of AIL agencies out there and I know alot of them have gotten bad reputations but the Surace/Smith agencies in Ohio are great companys. read full review »
