Absolutely amazing! They showed up 1 hour early (called first though to arrange it). Very polite, professional, and efficient crew. They really seemed to know what they were doing. My carpets were really dirty. They were here about an hour and the carpets look like new. And the cost was way less than other companies and the results were much better. Nothing worse than an unexpected need to tow after your son's after school program. A guy from Roadside Assistance Inc came by likely split and wow not only did I get great customer service, but we had entertaining conversation about migratory birds, pigeons, the Raiders, and how his truck's paint is the visiting colors of the 49ers.
