I myself have not been satisfied with the acai berry detox product but spoke to someone immediately on the phone. I was able to cancel my membership. I had already been charged the same amount, but this was my fault for not canceling before the next monthly billing for the next bottle. I will respond again if I do not receive my second bottle that has already been paid for. They do have certain hours of operation. I believe that their hours are mon thru fri from 8am to 5pm. try to reach them during those hours. read full review »
