Absolute swindlers! My flight had been cancelled by American Airlines and when I contacted them they said I would need to go through eDreams in order to get a full refund. Tried it, on many occasions, but even when they responded via email, they demanded me to call their enormously expensive number, so they can rip me off more.....My ticket already cost me £1500 why not pay more....???
