My girlfriend bought a bed from them in January. They told her it would be delivered within 2 weeks 'guaranteed'. After 10 days when asked where it was they said it would be one more week. This went on for another 3 weeks. they refused to refund saying we had to wait until it came. We had to sleep on the floor for over two weeks when we moved into our new house. When it eventually came late February you could feel a spring in your back. Unbelievable. No apology was offered, no discount, no loan bed. NOTHING.
