Several issues: 1) We booked a coach for 8:00 AM. The coach arrived 45 minutes late.Some of our customers for the trip actually had to be refunded their money back because they did not want to wait. That is money and customer loss on our part. 2)what we paid for premium price was an EXECUTIVE coach with toilet,hot water, air conditioning, radio/cd-dvd player, and comfortable seats as shown and marketed on website.The VERY STANDARD bus that arrived DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE FACILITIES!! could have got a service from a different... read full review »
