I also sent for the $4.99 special offer. I received it with no paperwork and a few days later when I checked my credit card statement on line I was charged $79.96. I also had a charge for self help ffcom8009LasVegas for $29.95. After I called both companies, I received a credit for $29.95 immediately. I am still waiting for the $79.96 credit. Natures Acai gave me a bunch of reference numbers (4) and have also told me on 4/10 that the credit was processed. Still no action on my card. Where do we go next?
