Just warning people about Wells Fargo home equity loans. They will loan to you then take it away before a year has passed. We had been approved for a $100, 000 line of credit and they reduced it to $80, 000 before we were even notified. We have very good credit and have never missed a payment or had any slow pays. We are right in the middle of doing home improvements and now are $20, 000 short.
