Events that occured: Purchased a bike January 17th Bike was faulty Contacted them: they said bring it in took it back January 29th Picked it up 3 days later, nothing and been done to it, Was told they will have to order in parts They took down bike details Rang 2 weeks later to get update They had done nothing Rang again they had done nothing This continued til approx: 15 March Was told they need bike details again, the guy agreed to pick them up from my house 2 weeks later and countless phonecalls still no... read full review »
