A few years ago, I let them take over the management of my website. To be fair, they did a good job of the web design, but now I'm trying to take back control, I can't get any answer to my telephone calls, and they haven't completed the transfer. I own the domain name, but have had to buy another so that I can continue with my business. I'm at a loss as to know what to do now. read full review »
