Dr. Randal Haworth promotes himself as an "artist" and a Beverly Hills celebrity doctor and charges very high prices, yet he is nothing more than a self promoting psychopath with a good PR company that gets him little spots on stupid TV shows. Perhaps if he spent more time actually practicing medicine rather than trying to get on TV he'd have better surgical skills but he really doesn't care about that as long as he gets your money.
