As I called them to get a technician to come over to fix my very little leaking sink, they told me it is 25 pounds if no job accepted. After I told him what it was he knew exactely that this job would require less time than doing a phone call. As the technician came (Which was a nice guy and he has no fault in this) over and started to fix the leak, he said what I said to the man on the phone, that it is only the rubber band on the waste, so no big deal.
