When i first submitted an assignment to TransTutors, truly speaking I was not very happy with the results. Then i gave them question info( book from where it was taken, college notes) they re drafted the answers. The new solution was far better than the last one. The next time besides giving them question info I specifically told them how I want the question to be answered, with Pie charts and Flow charts. They did exactly what I wanted them to.
