hi, would like to lodge a complaint about how slow and ineffective your customer care centre is (in new zealand i believe). i first made contact with your support centre on the 18/02/09 about a faulty phone i purchased which has had four faults in less than a year and is currently unusable. it is now the 29/04/09 and i am yet to hear any feed back from this so called support centre, even though they have all the required information needed(i have called them numerous times to confirm this). i have also spoken to staff at thi... read full review »
