Admittedly I was a satisfied Clear customer for 4 years. Never got much over 2mb download speeds but worked for my needs and I'm cheap. Clear had a good price for home and mobile internet bundle. All of a sudden increased difficulties connecting to internet at my home despite a good signal from the Clear modem. Multiple calls to tech support led to the usual script. Did you reboot modem?
