traveling on american air lines over a 2 month trip to america we found the whole experience a night mare, the planes were dirty with coffee staines up the back of the seats crumbs on the seats they were dusty .we found the staff rude, lazy, scruffy, never once smiled only served 2 drinks on the out ward flight to america, the food was terrible, we were charged up to $80 at check in extra for our bags on all 5 flights the staff had no pride in there jobs for a big company you really are a disgrace we do this trip every year and can now say the... read full review »
