I ordered a free trial of Acaix3 on 4/16/09, I never received the product, but the $2.79 shipping charge went through just fine. I have now gotten another charge from them of $88.55. I never authorized this charge for a supposed 30 day supply of this product I've never received, which they claim to have mailed on yesterday. They could not even tell me why I never got the trial bottle, and were very rude when I requested a refund because I had not authorized the charge in the first place.
