CONN'S is NOT somewhere I would recommend to ANYONE!! I received credit from Conn's for a TV and refrigerator. When we made this purchase I was told that we were allowed to pay on the principle without penalty. I called to pay on the principle so I could lower my monthly paymenys, and I was told that they can't do that. I am not sure how advanced a company has to be to help out their customers but I see Conn's is not willing to do that.
