I called this garage door company and there was no answer. I left a message informing them that I was their customer a year ago and now I wanted their service for a garage door replacement. They called back after 15 minutes and told me how sorry they were for not picking up the phone. It was not an issue for me but I appreciated their sincerity. read full review »
