Okay, so I've spent a total of 90 minutes over the past 5 days trying to reorder supplies for my bi-pap. Never got past that incessant recording of "We'll be right with you" bs. I finally called corporate complaint department and apprised of my problems. Is this company so top-heavy with chiefs and not enough Indians that they can expect to treat customers this way?
