I am complaining about my citi-shell gas card. I opened this account in September 2007 and was informed that it would be reported to all 3 credit reporting agencies. Seven months after this, it still was not being reported as they had promised. So far, I have contacted customer service about 350 times via the telephone, 3 times via fax, plus five letters in writing sent to their correspondence address, all to no avail!!!
