We are now OPEN! Located off of New Mark Drive, in the same strip as Sun Fresh. We are a 30 minute kickbox fitness workout, with NO CLASS TIMES. A new round is every 3 minutes, so you come in when it's convenient for YOU! This full body workout changes every day, so that you don't get bored, and continue to get results! The best part is, there is always a trainer there, to show you, guide you, and motivate you!
