I sent back what i didn't use. They told me over the phone to send it back and i'll would get my refund, well, it's been a month and i called them today 4/29/2009. Now they are telling me that i need a tracking number before they send me my refund. The person i talked too never told me that, becasue if he had i would made sure that i needed a tracking number. The company if from Canada. I beleive that if you have your order number, they should be able to tell you if they got it back. I don't think that i takes a month for mail to get to Iowa. I just want my money back and i'll never do that again. read full review »
