I ordered a train table set for my three year old son for christmas. The site said it would be delivered one week before christmas at the latest. I am sitting here the day before christmas eve and now realize I will not get it in time. I will not get the one thing my son wanted most from santa. How do I explain that! I have tried to call over the past few days and even when I call at 7am sharp when the lines open...I can't get through. I have sat on hold for over two and a half hours with no one picking up the line. I have sent three e-mails and left two messages with no reply. This is the worst company ever! read full review »
