If I had known about all these Cylapril complaints I never would have ordered it. I ordered it last week after seeing their ad in a weekly tabloid my mom gets. It seems like a great product, so after finding these complaints I called them to check on my order. I also told them about the Cylapril complaints circulating online, about them making unauthorized CC charges and not stopping the Auto Ship when requested to do so. The girl I spoke with assured me that as long as I call before Dec 21st with is my (14 day trial end date) I will have no problems in getting the Auto Ship & CC charges stopped. Citi Mastercard

I received a notice from Citi Mastercard back in January telling me my account was being closed, they did not give any reason for doing this. This is very unfair and uncalled for and I know I'm not the only one to have this happen, I've always paid my bills either before or on the due dates (never late). I had this account for 5 years, its ok though I don't need them or their high Interest cards. I'll continue to pay them off and then tell them exactly what to do with their Citi Mastercard. read full review »
