I booked a complete trip to Reno for the USBC Bowling tournament through trip reservations.com I requested a non-smoking room. I called trip reservations about 3 weeks before the trip to assure everything was ready and was told all flights and the hotel were ready for us. We arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead of time as requested by the airlines only to find out our flight had been cancelled over a month before.
