Chrysler Financial is not following Fair Debt Collection practices. By law they cannot harass or call after 9pm. I have gotten up to ten calls from 8:30 pm until after 10:30 pm. When I have called back and complained the customer service people were rude and hung up on me. While speaking with the customer service people, I received two more phone calls from their dialer. I was only 12 days late... I have asked to speak to their legal department or to get a phone number but no one has responded to me. If anyone has that information, I would appreciate the help.
