it wasnt my first time flying wif AirAsia, but this was the worst service i've ever encountered! i was boarding AK 5123 from KK to KL, departing at 4:35pm (30 april 2009). so i was queueing up inside the terminal and i was trying to make a call on my mobile. my colleague was queueing infront of me, and she has got her boarding pass torn. when it was my turn, i was standing there for about 2 seconds waiting for the flight attendant to tear my ticket.. he didnt tear my ticket, and i was thinking how weird it is, he probably won't even... read full review »
