I ordered their free product online (there was a minimal charge for shipping). Before I could finish the ordering process it showed that I had ordered the free item and another item of theirs for $29.95. I immediately contacted them by phone and told them I did not want the item. If they were going to charge additional money for their 'FREE" PRODUCT" and that I wanted it cancelled immediately.
