i have had several chrysler financial reps lie to me over the phone!! I called to defer a payment and was told no problem... but would have to pay the interest only..i requested to have my due date changed also, again no problem... After making the payment my due date never changed and no one seemed to know a damn thing about my request...after yelling at a few reps i finally got hold of a so called supervisor and gave him the date, time and name of the rep who gave me the false information... all he could do was repeat some script!!! and say... read full review »
