Did not ask what I wanted and just started without any direction. Once giving direction, she did not understand and then proceeded to go against specific requests. Did services that were not asked for and then charged for at the end. Left as a VERY unsatisfied customer. Good products yes. But if you want to leave happy then make sure you don't let her touch your hair until you KNOW she fully understands what you want AND she tells you everything you're going to be paying for. read full review »
