Chrysler is the worst when it comes to accuracy and collection calls. I was due to have a baby and asked for a 1 month extension, the paperwork was sent in as they requested. When I got home from the hospital within 2 weeks I was receiving collection calls for a payment. I told them about the form.. they could not find it but would look. One month later I get more calls up to 10 a day, waking up my newborn and being very rude.
