I was really impressed, when I entered the office. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The coffee was hot and fresh. There was a snack table with a number of different snack dishes. The chairs were large well padded and comfortable. I only had to wait a few minutes before a warm and friendly lady called me up to her desk. She was friendly and very knowable. She took her time and asked me many questions, finding many legitimate deductions that prior services had missed. My refund was $1600 higher than last year.
