I ordered a trial of their product and there wasn't any mention of a "subscription" associated with this trial. Next thing I know I am hit up for $89.95 charge to my credit card. Their customer service says it was on the website and I would have had to acknowledge multiple time (a lie) that this was what they were offering. CS rep say he will cancel the subscription and that product was already shipped and he would email me details in an email on how to "request" a refund.
