I was promised a loan in the 4-5 % for a modification. I was then told that I could not modify, only refinance my loan. Then the refinance never went through and I can no longer get anyone at the company to return calls or emails! I am now out almost 6000.00 dollars. So much for them being sanctioned by the sate to help!! people in need. I could have used that money to pay the mortgage I am having trouble paying!! Do not go anywhere near this company and tell all your friends!!! read full review »
