My husband ordered an 8 pc. extra crispy meal with extra potatoe wedges. No wedges and the chicken was original we even payed extra for special pcs breast and legs and they still didn't get it right. We live 20 min away and i called to let them know we were coming back to get it wright and the manager told me i didn't need to be upset that she would have fixed it the point is that it should have been right the first time they always screw up our order. The KFC company really needs to work on there problems if they don't they will eventually be out of buisness people will only deal with this so many times before they stop going. read full review »
