The 14 day free trial period is way too short. A shipping invoice was not included with my trial offer. When another bottle showed up 30 days later, AGAIN WITHOUT AN INVOICE, I decided to call them. When I called 1-866-949-0138 it took multiple paths and attempts to finally get thru to a real person who could help me cancel future orders from automatically arriving.
