They Closed my account and sent me a letter saying it was due to credit history and/or delinquencies/trades. I have had no delinquencies with this account and my credit history is better now than when I opened the account. I called today to speak to a manager and a CSR rep told me that they closed over 2 million accounts because of the current credit market, but when I insisted on speaking to a manager to ensure that my credit history would not be negatively impacted by false information by this account, he told me to hold, THEN HE HUNG UP ON... read full review »
