This post is long, but I would truly appreciate any feedback I can get. It’s been 8 days and more than a dozen phone calls and my issue has yet to be resolved. 1. Lost internet connection on Friday, April 24, 2009. Could not get the DSL light on modem to light up. Trouble shooted computer, connections, wires, modem, phone lines, filters, etc. Called Bell Tech Support (didn’t get name) and after a lengthy discussion on trouble shooting, etc, was told replacement modem would cost me $19!
