He was exposed as a photo thief back in January by a site called stopstealingphotos.com and has been harassing, threatening and making false reviews about everyone who has ever commented on the site. His name is Bill Scott of Delray Beach, Florida and he and his fiancé Stacie Klein have been cyber-bullying anyone they can to hide the truth about their despicable actions.
