Special Christmas delivery was not received on the date requested for delivery. Unable to speak with someone at Bloomex. They are unable to receive any incoming phone calls. VERY poor customer service. Requested a refund for the delivery fees and was denied. This is the LAST time that I will use Bloomex! User beware.
