I wish I would have checked this out before I ordered the trial offer. I have returned every bottle that I have received, but they refused to give my money back. Since Oct. they have dipped into my account and withdrawn over 300 dollars. If you call them they have a wait time of between 75 minutes and 2 hours. (How convenient for them!) Yesterday, I finally was able to talk to a customer service person, Paul was his name. He told me that they are scheduled to ship another order on the 27th and it is too late to cancel.
